Today (07-03-2018) we conducted eco awareness program at Kaliveli Bird Sanctuary. Organized by Government of Tamil Nadu Forest Department and Universal Eco Foundation (UEF). In this programme we started rally with slogan boards and banner. After that we went to Kaliveli Bird Sanctuary (Vandipalayam) and explained about birds and importance of Wetland. Also we explained about, bird identification methods. There are 175 students and teachers from Government Middle school, Vandipalayam were participated.
After snacks Dr. Bubesh Guptha, Founder Director gave talk on importance of Kaliveli biodiversity and conservation. Electronic media (Sun News) covered our program in the field itself. We would like to thank, District Forest Officer, Villuppuram, Government of Tamil Nadu Forest Department, sponsored such a wonderful event.
